I’m Peggy Niles, founder of Quantum Scaling℠.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across corporate leadership, advisory roles, and closely with business owners navigating growth, complexity, and transition. What I’ve seen repeatedly is this: strong operators often lack a clear, integrated perspective that connects daily decisions to long-term value.
I’m a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Business Exit Consultant®, but my work isn’t about spreadsheets or reports. It’s about helping owners think clearly, prioritize what matters, and make confident decisions that improve profitability, reduce overwhelm, and protect future options.
